I stopped smoking over the weekend and it really is starting to affect me today. My girl friend tells me I will not be able to handle it but I’m so strong about this I can’t fail. This morning I started getting pain in my abdomen and I really would like a drag. I wont give into the craving because I am doing this for my youngsters. I am fortunate to have the e cigarettes. It really has been a big bonus in my opinion.

I wasted money on cigarettes for a long time. I realize it affects my health so I wish to stop smoking and yet it is literally impossible. None of the quit smoking tools worked for me.
